Solutions11 was set up in 2002, to address the growing demand for IP telephony, and more specifically, for an ITSP platform. The company incorporated in 2006 and is privately owned and privately managed. We are based at Aspect Court in Leeds, right at the hub of the city's thriving commercial district.
Our strategic partnership with US secure communications experts PBXnSIP was founded back in 2004, a long time before the PBXnSIP product was finished.
We have an ever-expanding team of talented individuals who utilise state of the art development methodologies and testing practices on a daily basis. As a result, our platform is secure, robust and feature rich - while also representing terrific value for money.
Excellent customer service and quality assurance underpins everything that we do. We supply our platform direct to ITSPs, to distributors and to resellers, and all of our clients, whatever their business model, receive the same high standards of ongoing customer support.
