Integral Billing Engine
This necessary and potentially expensive additional purchase is included as standard with all our platform. Our billing system is fully functional, controls and bills at all levels, and caters for billing of two distinct types:
- Product billing - covering phones, connectivity, IP telephone numbers, domains, VOIP accounts etc. These products can be billed as a one-off charge, or on a flexible, recurring basis (weekly, 4 weekly, monthly or annually).
- IP minute billing - for all the calls that go through our switch. The client can benefit from a pooled minutes facility. They can also define the requisite minimum call spend against various criteria (by company, product, rate card etc).
