15/02/2008 Version 3 Released

Version 3 of Solutions11 ITSP platform brings greater flexibility to ITSPs. Our new VoIP calling card module makes Solutions11 an all-in-one integrated solution at no extra cost. Solutions11 special Emergency Call routing makes it possible to terminate emergency calls to different locations according to the users country. Directory Enquiries or Information services calls can now be routed to different providers according to the users country. Version 3 comes with a true pre-paid payment scheme. Pre-paid payments are applied to PBX, Single and SIP trunking accounts. Our calling card module is pre-paid only. Resellers have the ability to restrict users to only dial within a packaged plan, thus blocking calls to un authorised countries.

Our integrated Calling Card Module allows Resellers to create single or batches of calling cards. Batches can be exported, ready for printing. ANI authorisation allows end users to login and configure unlimited ANI numbers for authorisation. Additional security includes a unique-id number per card as well as ANI or PIN authentication. Additional charges can applied according to inbound routing (toll free).

02/07/07 Version 2.2 Released

Today we released Version 2.2 of The Solutions11 ITSP platform. The new version includes an all new look and feel to the application interface. With features such as CCS changes, user and group permissions, and 4 template styled layouts the new software allows ITSPs, Corporates and Enterprises to control their entire VoIP program from one universal platform.


16/05/07 Hot desking now available

The latest feature addition from PBXnSIP, allows any user of a PBX Centrex account to login at another phone and use the hot desking functionality.

Regardless of location, simply dial the hot desking feature code from your IP Phone, enter the extension number and pin number and all calls will now be routed to the hot desking phone.

It's as simple as that!


20/03/07 Version 2.1 Released

Solutions11 releases version 2.1 with new features such as pooled minutes and extensive CDR reporting.

This new release incorporates a comprehensive 'Pooled Minutes' facility. The pooled minutes facility allows owners to create and control various inclusive pooled minute plans. Pooled Minute plans can be linked to timebands, products and multiple destinations.


18/01/07 Vizualiz appointed as 'preferred partner'

Solutions11 partnered with Vizualiz

Yesterday saw a significant development, with Parisian VoIP specialists Vizualiz joining forces with Solutions11 to widen the reach of our platform, by taking the software into new markets.

Aside from a significant presence in France, Vizualiz also operates in Spain, Belgium and across the African continent.

"We are always interested in talking to quality partners," explained Jonathan Greenwood. "In the medium term, we want to establish a truly global footprint, helped by a select number of preferred partners capable of handling not only platform sales, but also implementation and training; the whole after-sales package in other words".


04/12/06 Six new starters boost the Solutions11 team

We took on an additional team of developers this week, as 6 new members of staff joined the company. The new employees range from graduates gaining their first contracts, to programmers with significant industry experience.

Canadian Greg Spiers has been appointed as team leader. "This opportunity was too good to miss from my perspective". He commented "There's a real buzz about the place and the feeling that we are all about to be involved in something really big".

CEO, Jonathan Greenwood explained that the recruitment drive was designed to increase capacity; "We are working flat out here, just to keep up with demand for the platforms. Expanding the team in this way means that we can better serve new clients when they come on board".


07/11/06 Solutions11 become a 'preferred partner'

Our relationship with US secure communications experts PBXnSIP was further strengthened today, as Solutions11 was granted the status of 'preferred partner'.

The two companies have worked very closely together for some time now, utilising industry standard SIP technology to improve the communication capability of their respective clients.

Kevin Moroz, VP of Sales for PBXnSIP commented; "We are always looking to partner with best-in-class operators from gateway manufacturers, to systems integrators, to ITSPs. Solutions11 are a dynamic, forward thinking company and their platforms are proving to be a big hit over here. 11/07/06 The team 'develops' yet further

Two additional developers joined Solutions11 yesterday, to assist with growing demands for its platforms.

"The workload has become such that the existing team are 'creaking' somewhat". Commented Jonathan Greenwood. "The two new team members bring with them significant experience, and their appointment should help us drive the business forward to the next level. We are attracting a lot of interest from across the Atlantic and we needed to increase staffing levels accordingly. The expansion was planned; it's just happened a little earlier than we'd expected, but that's down to demand, so we're really happy with the situation".


12/06/06 Solutions11 move to city centre offices

Today saw Solutions11 move to a new office complex in the heart of the business district of Leeds city centre.

Aspect Court is within sight of the town hall and offers significantly more space to house the business as its expansion plans come to fruition.

CEO Jonathan Greenwood explained that the move was somewhat overdue; "It has been rather cramped lately and the new offices should suit us much better. We are right in the centre of the fastest growing city in the UK, within 5 minutes walk of the train station - it's ideal for staff and potential clients alike".
